Los Angeles, CA - Seeking Area Director RN

In this role, you will lead the expansion, profitability, and brand positioning of MOOV's health and wellness clinics in the Southern California market. The Opportunity

  • Expand MOOV brand presence across greater Los Angeles with focus on profitable, high-value sites.
  • Identify new location opportunities and apply a scalable "test and replicate" growth model.
  • Develop and execute patient acquisition strategies, leveraging partnerships with gyms, influencers, and lifestyle brands.
  • Maintain and improve patient satisfaction and retention while scaling patient volume.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide expansion strategy and ensure differentiation.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to establish long-term market development roadmap.
  • Full P&L responsibility for clinic operations, including staffing models, vendor relationships, and pricing strategy.
  • Implement KPIs across key revenue and profitability drivers (per provider revenue, service line margin, marketing ROI).
  • Develop scalable frameworks and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution across clinics.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting for LA operations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Serve as the face of MOOV LA through social media, PR, influencer collaborations, and community events.
  • Develop a strong digital voice blending aesthetics, wellness, and performance medicine.
  • Drive patient bookings through content-led marketing strategies that inform, educate, and inspire.
  • Partner with corporate marketing to align local campaigns with brand standards and national growth initiatives.
  • Track and optimize digital engagement metrics (conversion, reach, retention).
  • Position MOOV LA as a national leader in aesthetics, longevity, and regenerative medicine.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class protocols, workflows, and patient care practices that can be scaled to other MOOV Health sites.
  • Share learnings, data insights, and operational playbooks to support MOOV's growth nationally.
  • Represent MOOV at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build visibility and authority.
  • Understanding of the concept of patient-centered care and knowledge of team-based care and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
  • Independently assess, evaluate, and interpret clinical information and care planning.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Advanced Practice Provider to provide exceptional care, assisting during exams, diagnostic testing, and treatments.
  • Perform appropriate treatments as ordered by physician, including injections, IV hydration, and performing point-of-care testing, in accordance with licensure, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications. Report adverse reactions to medications/treatments in accordance with the policy.
  • Document and record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and continued nursing documentation including patient histories, conditions, treatments, responses, pain management, and assessment of changes.
  • Review visit summaries and home care instructions with patients including prescriptions provided and work or school notes as well as follow-up care.
  • Call patients with lab and test results; follow up with patients with abnormal test results.
  • Provide Case Management for patients that require referrals or follow up.
  • Provide individualized patient/family education customized to the patient and family members.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
  • Maintain established policies and procedures, objectives, performance improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
  • Abide by all state rules and regulations.
  • Directly manage Area and Studio MOOV Managers, and support staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and patient experience standards.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent across clinical and operational functions.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to build high-performing teams.
  • Develop training programs and career pathways to enhance employee engagement, retention, and skill development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead workforce planning to balance staffing levels with patient demand and revenue goals.
  • Partner with HR to address employee relations, compliance, and professional development needs.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field required. Master's degree (MBA, MHA) preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations, wellness, aesthetics, or consumer health services required.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, site expansion, or new market entry.
  • Proven P&L ownership and financial management expertise required.
  • Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or consumer health organizations with demonstrated ability to scale operations preferred.
  • Track record of driving market expansion, including launching new clinics or entering new geographies with measurable revenue and profitability growth preferred.
  • Deep financial acumen with proven success in full P&L ownership, capital planning, and optimizing multi-unit budgets preferred.

Salary range for this role is $180,000 annually.
