Financial Operations Lead Analyst - HYBRID (Finance)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Operations Lead Analyst will be responsible for completing assigned manual accruals, recurring tasks, audits and ad hoc reporting analysis accurately and timely. Analysis and timely validation of results is required. The individual must have a firm grasp of concepts and able complete assigned monthly tasks in a timely manner without delay. They will need to provide in-depth analysis using SQL, Microsoft Office Programs, and Internal systems that will enable cross functional partners to make decisions and/or take action. This role provides timely and accurate updates to partners regarding work requests, client audits and other ad hoc requests. They work to enhance and shorten established turn times while increasing technical skills. The position requires leading regular communication with cross functional areas in order to meet deadlines, including Client Pricing, Account Teams, IT, Audit, etc. Business Analysts will be required to support requests and participate in discussions directly with internal cross-functional partners. The ability to communicate requests, results and issues effectively with team members, management and cross functional areas is essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to proactively contribute to driving and developing best practices across the Financial Client Operations team, suggesting and implementing changes to improve inefficiencies along with financial consideration.
