Sr Bus Process Mgmt Analyst (Finance)



You will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by leveraging your expertise in business process management to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business.

You will collaborate with various teams to identify process gaps, develop solutions, and implement best practices that drive continuous improvement.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6 or more years of relevant experience with engineering planning, program management, and operations
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Strong Excel Skill - pivot tables, graphing, visual.
  • Experience using and manipulating SharePoint Lists
  • Experience with process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making.
  • Ability to work individually and with teams - self directed
  • Ability to plan tasks and actions to achieve objectives
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area - Engineering, Business, or Finance Preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in process management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Ability to set goals and deliver results

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide program management for large enterprise engineering software agreements
  • Provide program management for acquisition integration and divesture separation
  • Support organizational-level engineering COTS software planning and forecasting
  • Support digitization planning with subject matter experts from engineering organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineering software vendors
  • Provide business analytics and cost analysis of engineering software
  • Support process improvement and change management
  • Support software ordering and oversight processes
  • Support the CEAL software request queue
