ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining inventory accuracy, organization, and cleanliness of assigned non-cannabis inventory space(s). Understanding and supporting the designated locations for all non-cannabis inventory. · Ensure virtual location and quantities of non-cannabis inventory always match actual location and quantities, adjusting as needed. · Ensuring the accuracy of physical counts before virtually adjusting or moving non-cannabis inventory. · Abiding by industry standards, best practices and regulations such as FIFO, FEFO, OSHA, GMP, CRA, etc. · Ensuring assigned production area(s) have all non-cannabis Inventory necessary to produce what is forecasted by the company's production planning tools. · Communicating with designated points-of-contact in assigned production area(s) to obtain any needs not currently listed on production planning tools. Communicating recently ordered supplies to keep production leadership informed. · Staging non-cannabis inventory for the daily needs of the assigned production department(s) as directed by communication with corresponding points of contact. · Removing un-utilized supplies from corresponding production areas as needed · Monitoring and requesting replenishments of non-cannabis inventory supplies from the Procurement team. · Ensuring supplies are requested promptly compared to production output and shipping lead-time. · Ensuring there is genuine need for any supplies requested from the procurement team. Ordering based on projected output, shipping lead-time, and current inventory levels. · Perform all other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS · Must be 21 or over (required by law) · Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. · Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. · Able to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions, including complex procedures and protocols. · Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require extended periods of standing.
