Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer - UiPath (Finance)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $130k - $165k annually (depending on experience)

Work Location: This is a remote position.

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. This position may require occasional travel to customer sites across the US.

Essential Functions:

• Work with product owners to capture business requirements, translate to technical approaches/designs, and deliver automation solutions
• Assess automation needs and determine the best solution
• Design and code Bots using UiPath
• Develop Power Platform solutions
• Lambda functions, PowerShell, batch scripts, etc.

• Work with business teams to complete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support/sustainment operations for automations
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and functionality in development of bots
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
• Create and maintain documentation of automation solutions
• Liaise with Navy representatives for UiPath/Orchestrator tenancy related technical tasking/issues
• Support customer demos with Product Owner
• Other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

Required:

• Experience implementing complex RPA solutions from design and development through deployment using UiPath, high preference for experience in DoD environment
• Power Platform, Lambda functions, PowerShell & batch scripts experience to provide multiple automation solutions to customers
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator - specifically scheduling, queues, provisioning, and assets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• BS/BA or AA/AS degree and 7 years' related experience OR HS and 9 years' related experience.

Desired:

• Experience with AWS desired
• UiPath certification desired
• Experience with database development and/or data integration solutions desired
• Experience implementing large-scale enterprise RPA solutions preferred

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education/Experience:

BS/BA or AA/AS degree and 7 years' related experience OR HS and 9 years' related experience.
