Position Summary
Awayday is a leading vacation rental company dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for guests and homeowners. We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenRegional Marketing Managerto oversee and execute guest marketing strategies across multiple vacation rental companies within our portfolio. This omnichannel role requires expertise in digital marketing, seeking to drive bookings, expand social media reach, and increase engagement across all channels.

The ideal candidate will be positioned in the Denver, Colorado region, and will understand all channels and have deep expertise in at least one channel. While this is an internal-facing position, there is an expectation of amazing agency-style client management with our internal clients (vacation rental companies).

Duties & Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Develop and execute start-to-finish email marketing campaigns tailored to specific audiences.
Apply knowledge of email best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
Social Media Management
Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram).
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals while leveraging trends to increase follower growth and engagement.
Website Management
Perform website edits to ensure accurate information, seamless navigation, and optimized user experience.
Design and launch landing pages for campaigns or promotions to drive conversions.
Paid Media Oversight
Manage contractors/agencies responsible for Google and Facebook Ads campaigns.Collaborate on ad strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure campaigns align with overarching business goals.
Analytics and Reporting
Pull reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media analytics, and other key metrics as needed.Provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts based on data analysis.
Campaign Strategy Development
Partner with other departments (e.g., Revenue Management) to develop strategic plans for upcoming campaigns or immediate needs for the business.Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Essential Job Functions
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Superior communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability for tasks and deadlines.Solid understanding with analytical dashboards and reporting tools
Desired Skills
Deep expertise and understanding in SEO, PPC, or both.
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or omnichannel strategy role.2+ years of agency experience.The flexibility to travel up to 2 weeks per calendar year.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.?Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. at times.Ability to navigate stairwells and elevated areas in multi-story properties.
Schedule
Remote work environment
Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
