We are the premier corporate dining and food service company. We provide corporate dining to premier clients throughout the area. Our employees prepare and serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday.
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager to oversee various services. The responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, promoting customer satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives across the unit. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads a multi-unit team, ensuring operational excellence in contracted services.
Manages client and community relationships at the location, continually evaluating operations, and developing plans to provide optimal service and enhance employee and customer satisfaction.
Empowers and leads a diverse team and staff, ensuring they are equipped to achieve organizational goals.
Provides excellent service with a results-driven approach for clients, identifies and resolves issues creatively, and is adept at strategic planning.
Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, and contractual obligations.
In collaboration with Finance, manages a budget and assists in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, maintaining all associated records and reports.
Assumes full responsibility for the operation, ensuring all service timelines and other deadlines set by management or clients are met.
Ensures adherence to APEX's standards of operation, including safety standards and APEX's Policy at all times.

Qualifications
Proven experience in multi-unit management or similar role.
Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role.
Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, senior management, and APEX support staff.
Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.
Significant experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
Proven leadership through managing other managers.
Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.
Experience developing product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
