Mars Wrigley Global Hub Finance Lead (Finance)
The Mars Wrigley Global Hub Finance Lead serves as a trusted partner in the global hub organization and provides financial leadership for over $1B of costs across all functions and is the primary business partner to the MGS FP&A organization. The purpose of this role is to partner with the global functional leaders and their finance business partners in pursuit of dynamic strategic resource allocation and cost optimization. Responsibilities include defining and ensuring the delivery of the financial objectives through managing senior global stakeholders as well as realizing and judging risks and opportunities to the Global Hub's P&L and cashflow delivery. This position provides insights on operating results, clarifies key performance indicators for value creation outlook, and helps define the long-term value creation plans.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
