Job Overview
Responsible for facilitating the operations of a job shop repair facility, directing shop mechanics and machinists, and assisting in meeting the organization's financial goals. Responsibilities include customer communication, back-office support, managing processes, material management, problem-solving, and logistics. This is a management and leadership role.
