About the Role:
Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This part-time role is ideal for LVNs who are passionate about patient-centered care and looking for flexible scheduling in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Qualifications:
- Current California LVN license.
- CPR certification.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
